Refund policy

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Opened items with tags removed will not be accepted.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow processing time for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items with removed or altered tags

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
